Delaney’s in Cape May has adopted and enforced a no-smoking policy for its staff. Delaney’s owner Michael Slawek conducted two staff meetings to explain this new no-smoking policy to their workers. Slawek explained that he hopes this policy will not only provide a great benefit to customers who would not be exposed to the smell but it will also allow for increase tips and revenue for the staff.
