Wycoff Raises Age to Purchase Cigarettes to 21 (Patch News, Daniel Hubbard)

On November 10, 2015 Patch News reported that Wycoff has enacted a new township law making it illegal to sell tobacco or nicotine products to anyone younger than 21. The law also bans the use of tobacco or nicotine products in parks and recreational facilities and their parking lots and driveways.
Tobacco products include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe-tobacco, and snuff. The ordinance states that it is “committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of its citizens.”
