Westfield N.J. Bans Smoking in Town Parks (The Alternative Press, Reporter Jackie Lieberman)

Westfield’s Town Council approved an ordinance that bans smoking in all municipal parks at its October 21st meeting. The ordinance includes tobacco products as well as electronic smoking devices and nicotine delivery systems.
