Tobacco industry threatens if California Governor signs Tobacco 21 law (Sacramento Bee, Jeremy White)

The Sacramento Bee reported findings that the tobacco industry may be plotting political threats against California leadership if the bill to increase the age to 21 to be sold tobacco and e-cigarettes gets signed by Governor Jerry Brown. The bill passed both the California House and Senate, and awaits the Governor’s signature.
