Smoking Now Banned Outside Ocean County Library Entrances ( Brick Shorebeat, Daniel Nee)

On October 26, 2015, the Brick Shorebeat reports that the Ocean County Library system has expanded its smoke-free policy to the entirety of each library campus under a new policy announced Monday.
The policy, which was formally adopted in August, prohibits tobacco use and smoking in all forms, including the use of electronic cigarettes and smoke-free oral tobacco products on library grounds.
