Princeton Board of Health requires a license to sell e-cigarettes (reporter Philip Sean Curran, Princeton Packet)

Princeton’s Board of Health unanimously voted through an ordinance that requires stores that sell e-cigarettes and related products to apply for a license from the Board of Health to sell such goods. The ordinance was adopted on September 21, 2016 and takes effect on January 21, 2017.
GASP Executive Director Karen Blumenfeld served as the lead educational resource provider to the Board of Health, and testified at the hearings.
