On October 22, 3015, the Montclair Times’ Editorial Board published their Opinion Editorial in support of smokefree parks laws, in light of the recent Essex County Freeholders’ resolution making the county’s parks smokefree, and last year’s Montclair city council ordinance making the municipal parks smokefree.

Freeholder Brendan Gill was the lead sponsor of the Freeholders’ resolution.
