Illinois makes state supported college campuses smoke-free, and bans self-service electronic cigarette displays

On Sunday August 17, 2014 Illinois Governor Quinn signed two laws: (1) State supported colleges and universities will be required to have 100% smoke-free college campuses, except for allowing smoking and private cars; and (2) banning self-service displays of electronic cigarettes and requiring that they be unlocked cases.
