GASP, New York Attorney General Schneiderman, and A.G.S of 29 States Urge FDA To Strenghten Proposed Regulation Of E-Cigarette

Following the FDA’s Spring 2014 announcement regarding proposed regulations to electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products, individuals and organizations could submit comments to the FDA through August 8, 2014. Like the comments that were submitted by GASP, New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman and twenty-nine other Attorney Generals submitted comments requesting the FDA provide greater oversight, ban electronic cigarette flavors, and set limits on the marketing for these devices.
