Films showing smoking scenes should be rated to protect children from tobacco addiction (WHO)

On February 1, 2016, The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that it is asking governments to rate movies that portray tobacco use as a move to prevent children from smoking. They reported that studies in the United States have shown that on-screen smoking accounts for 37% of all new adolescent smokers.
