Buffalo Moves to Regulate E-Cigarette Stores

Buffalo, New York joins the number of communities across the country which are requiring licenses for electronic cigarette retailers. Th legislation which was sponsored by South Council Member Christopher P. Scanlon, asks the city’s Permits and Inspections Department to establish rules requiring that the stores be reviewed by city inspectors and the Council and that neighbors must be notified before the stores can open.
