Paul Anzano, JD is a partner at Pringle Quinn Anzano, P.C., and provides representation to a wide array of clients including numerous health and property casualty insurance companies, trade associations, municipalities, insurance producers, alcoholic beverage companies, financial institutions, health care providers, construction companies and disease prevention organizations, including GASP.
Henry Chou, Esq. is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP, where he is a member of the Land Use Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the land development application and permitting process and the litigation of land use matters.
Jay Jimenez is currently Vice President for Government Affairs with Saint Peter’s Healthcare System in New Brunswick. He is formerly Chief of Staff to former Commissioner Fred Jacobs where he oversaw the offices of the Commissioner, Communication, Legislative Services, Minority and Multicultural Health, Human Resources in addition to working on Commissioner initiatives in the areas of Healthcare Quality, Asthma, Health Disparities and Smoking Cessation.
Stephanie Kip, MA MLIS served as the Coordinator of Essex County Communities Against Tobacco. She proposed the idea of smokefree dormitories and worked closely with NJ GASP and other tobacco control advocates to have a law passed in record time.

John Saccenti is the Founder and CEO of the Career Development Institute. He currently serves as a Board Member of the New Jersey Local Boards of Health Association and is a past President of that organization as well as the National Association of Local Boards of Health, as well as advising the White House and the Surgeon General on Public Health Policy.
Mark Travers, Phd is a Research Scientist in the Division of Cancer Prevention and Population Sciences at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, with degrees in biomedical engineering and epidemiology. Research and evaluation includes global air monitoring in 40+ countries measuring tobacco smoke pollution exposures, through the Roswell Park Cancer Institute Transdisciplinary Tobacco Use Research Center; researching validation of the latest air monitoring methods, and integration with biological markers measurements of tobacco smoke exposure; training researchers in-person and via tobaccofreeair.org, and collaborating with 60+ organizations in 26 U.S. States and Canadian Provinces.
Mayor V. Nelson Vaughan III is a former Mayor of Chatham Borough, retired from Citibank as Vice President after 42 years of service, and is a lifelong nonsmoker.
