The New Jersey GASP Staff
Karen Blumenfeld, Esq., Executive Director, and Director of the Policy and Legal Resource Center, is globally recognized for her expertise in tobacco control and emerging trends in smokefree initiatives. She has more than seventeen years of experience with New Jersey GASP.
- Ruth Boorujy, Associate Director, has more than 15 years experience in tobacco control and smokefree initiatives with New Jersey GASP.
Karen Haines, MS is our part-time Finance and Technical Administrator. She comes to us with an interest in public health, an advanced degree in Clinical Nutrition, and 17 years of insurance industry experience in Financial Systems.
Mary Anne May, is our part-time Program and Administrative Associate.
Grace Serota, is our part-time Membership Coordinator.
Note: Regina Carlson, former Executive Director, a pioneer in tobacco control with more than 25 years' experience, retired as of April 30, 2008.
