President,
Fred M. Jacobs, MD, JD is
former Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior
Services, and currently Executive Vice President and Director of
the Saint Barnabas Quality Institute at Saint Barnabas Health Care
System. He is also Chair of the New Jersey Breathes Coalition. Dr.
Jacobs served an instrumental role in the passage of the 2006 New

Senator John Bennett, JD,
is a 24-year veteran of the New Jersey State Legislature. During
his tenure, he served as Senate President and Acting Governor, and
is currently a partner with the law firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP |

Neal Collins, MD
is Senior Medical Director of Pfizer's Global Medical Oncology.
He is very active in smokefree initiatives, as a Councilman and
Board of Health member for Chatham, NJ. |

Treasurer,
Louis Rigamonti is
an accountant with a 30-year diverse career in finance, cash management
and accounting. He works and resides in Summit, NJ. |

Member-at-Large,
Omowunmi Y. Osinubi, MD, M.Sc., MBA., FRCA is a leader in research,
teaching, writing, and lecturing in the area of secondhand smoke
exposure in occupational settings. Dr. Osinubi is board certified
in preventive medicine, with a sub-specialization in occupational
and environmental medicine. She is President of Occupational & Environmental
Health Associates, Inc., an occupational and environmental medicine
consultant to the Veteran's Administration War-related Illness and
Injury Study Center, in East Orange, NJ, and an adjunct assistant
professor at the UMDNJ School of Public Health and the UMDNJ Robert
Wood Johnson Medical School.

Executive Director,
Karen Blumenfeld, JD
joined the staff and Board of Trustees in Spring 2008. She has worked
with NJ GASP for more than 20 years, and continues in her role as
Director of our Policy & Legal Resource Center. Karen is recognized
internationally in tobacco control, especially in the emerging areas
of smokefree casinos, and in protecting children and housing residents
from secondhand smoke.
