Paterson raises age of sale for tobacco to age 21 (Paterson Press, Joe Malinconico)

On October 29, 2015, the Paterson Press reported that the Paterson City Council voted to increase the age to 21 for selling tobacco, electronic smoking devices, nicotine and related product. State law requires a minimum age of sale to be 19, but communities in the State are enacting a higher minimum age of 21, like Paterson.
Congratulations to the City of Paterson for being the 13th New Jersey town to raise the age of sale of tobacco to 21!
