Paterson raises the age to be sold tobacco products to 21 (Paterson Times, Jayed Rahman)

On October 28, 2015, the Paterson Times reported that the Paterson City Council approved a measure on October 27, 2015 to raise the age to 21 to be sold tobacco, nicotine, nicotine delivery products, smoking devices, and anything else that can be smoked. State law sets the minimum age at 19.
