Brigantine NJ Council Introduces No-Smoking Ordinance

Brigantine’s City Council introduced a smoke free parks ordinance on Wednesday October 15, 2014. The ordinance specifically covers “outdoor grounds of any city building including adjacent parking lots and in any and all city parks, recreation areas and adjacent parking lots whether owned, leased or utilized by the city”. It also covers any city-owned or leased motor vehicle or motorized equipment.
