Vineland Adopts Smoking Ban on City-Owned Property

In a 5-0 vote, the Vineland City Council approved an expansion of its current anti-tobacco policy. The new policy, which includes electronic cigarettes, will require those who want to use tobacco products to leave municipal property. The new restrictions will likely take effect in 20 days.
