Connecticut explores legislation to protect young children from secondhand smoke in cars (WTNH)

The Connecticut legislature introduced a bill 1/14/13 to prohibit any person from smoking in a motor vehicle when there is a child six years of age or younger or weighing less than sixty pounds.
