Remember: Smoking E-Cigarettes Inside is Illegal, State Says

On January 11, 2010, New Jersey Governor Corzine signed into law A4227/4228 which amended the 2006 NJ Smokefree Air Act to include banning the use of e-cigarettes in public places and workplaces. It also banned e-cigarette sales to people 18 years and younger.
As more people turn to e-cigarettes, many New Jersey residents don’t realize they are also not permissible to be smoked in indoor public places and workplaces. Read a May 20, 2013 Manasquan Patch news article.
